Saturday morning I drove off to see the Firehole Lake Loop, something I'd never seen before.
No one else was interested so I got to go alone.

I was very excited to see White Dome geyser go off since it isn't a tracked geyser, but it turns out that it goes off every three hours or so.
Not very exciting...

Later CJ, Robby and I walked the length of the Upper Geyser Basin to Biscuit Basin, about 3 miles each way.
We'd never been past Morning Glory pool before.

Atomizer Geyser erupts ireggularly and is not tracked.
Apparently it can take as long as 10 hours and as little as 1 hour between eruptions.
